I accidently clicked the ignore/unignore function on a uname and the name totally disappeared from the playlists.
Now how are you supposed to unignore a person when the uname won't even show up on the player list?
*This is an issue because I didn't want to ignore the uname that I clicked.

Hello
Go into your C:\Program Files\HyperLobbyPro3\ folder or wherever you HL is installed and open a file called "hlpro.ign" in text editor (notepad)
There you will see the players callsign and some numbers in the line beneath.
eg: "Jon_Doe"
"5d4054ccy8y45f20f7e54b669y"
Delete these two lines and save.
