Firstly, I want to say thanks for this software. It is a very nice interface for us junkies, lol.
I have one issue though, since the new version came out. The auto reconnect is nice but I frequently drop off HL during long coops or DF's and when HL starts the auto reconnect I experience numorious stutters and what not from it trying to reconnect. Is there anyway that I can turn this off, or am I always gonna have this issue? Never had a problem in the past and this is the only time that I have had anything going awry.
Again, thanks for your time and talent.
S!

Unfortunately that won't work. If you lose connection to HL while in game it will auto reconnect, which causes stutters in game for me and a couple others in my squad. When I come back to HL after game ends, The chat lobby is full of Auto ReconnectConnecting.... Disconnecting....
which continues until HL realizes that I am not in game anymore.
Its a nice feature, but I hope that there is also a on/off switch.
Thanks.

It cannot cause stutters. If the lobby chat is full of this, it indicate bad network connection, and it is source of your stuttering.

Thanks for responding, Jiri. Perhaps it is bandwidth, or both. I have a decent DSL connection, and dont have probs like this when I am still connected to HL. Only have the stutters when HL is trying to reconnect as I explained up above. Is there a way to disable this feature?
