Name not showing up in server player list

Recently I have been having this problem with hyperlobby where whenever I connect to a server in hyperlobby, it shows me as away in the hyperlobby waiting room even though I am still connected to the server and in the game. Last night for example, I joined the Forgotten Skies coop, was there for over an hour. One of my teammates who just left the server notified me on TS that I am showing as "away" in hyperlobby even though I am in the server still flying. My name doesn't show up in the server's in game player list. I did not connect via direct IP.

I am using a motorola cable modem, linksys router, and WinXP SP2. I also use Norton Internet Security but I disable it when connecting to hyperlobby.

I have changed the server code to track tis error, so when you got in to the chat message "* You got the move bug, please report it !!!" report it here ...
