Still banned with new IP

a few days ago he was banned from HL because he was typing in dicussion not really nic words ,

ok then he was banned,

now he wanna connect a few days later and tried to come with new uname and e-mail but
he cant connect.
also he changed his ip from his internet provider,

Sounds like HL is putting spyware on your putter

You are not banned by IP#, you are banned by the registry keys.
Try another computer with a different name and you will get in
on the same IP#.

I know how to change the registry, but I will never tell.

It is not spyware.
