PLEASE Jiri! Add Dangerous Waters

Jiri or another admin...I hope someone reads this.

Dangerous Waters is a new game that has proved to be very popular, but it does not provide a match-making service. There are a lot of people desperate to play MP games and HL would be perfect. How do I / we go about adding DW to hyperlobby. Any responses would be GREATLY appreciated.

I'm 100% with ya on this one, this game is just begging for this match making service. Who needs to use the clumsy meathod of sharing ip's and such when something like HL is avalible. please take this into consideration as I can't really think of any other way of making this game's mulitplayer accessible to the masses. (and dont give me the lines about virtual squads, I dont want any commitment when I play a game online)

Totally agree with the suggestion. The MP of this game is awesome.

But i need this:
1./ Someone must buy and send me the original game box
2./ Then i will test if is posible add this game in to HL. Not all games is capable to be used with HL, like Wings Of War !
3./ And finally when i got a time for it, i will add it in to HL and publish new version ...

But anything from this will not promise that this game will get popular here, it is work for game publishers and developers ...

Wow, thanks for the quick reply. I did'nt realize that we would receive a response so quickly, just goes to show how dedicated you are. Now all we need is a copy for you...... I'm sure Sonalysts will be interested in this development and will be willing to help as they can.
But then again what do iI know?

I already petitioned to Sonalysts that they send you a copy. I would send you a copy myself, but 1) I'm not rich and 2) I think you don't live in the US. Smile

Hi Jiri,

I will contact you via email and try to get a better feel for the requirements. Our games already supports the spawning of MP sessions via command line parameters (in order to support Gamespy Arcade in the past) so hopefully you use a similar approach.
