Need help with registration

Hello!

I need to set up a new account with my username looking like:

I/JG234-blahblah

For some reason the site won't let me use this as a name. I tried several combinations and figured out so far that it won't accept the "/" in the username?
Unfortunately the dash is required for me to have my name look like all the other guys names in the squad I joined.
Any idea how I can get it to work is appreciated.
