stuck key?

while playing on line IL-2 when I attempt to chat I get a repeating number. It can be any number... it just keeps repeating until a window opens with a msg which states "maximum number of characters allowed 200". The only way to close that window is use cntrl,alt,del. and exit hyperlobby. Does anyone know the cause? It seems to have migrated to my Web connetion also. A virus?

Maybe a bug, worm or virus, but, this may sound silly, but have you got a spare keyboard?

Actually, I did purchase another keyboard. After trying to update driver for the keyboard I had all the techies that I had contact with say it was the keyboard. Not!! It is still happening. It definately associated with Hyperlobby. If there is another way to play IL-2 online I would like to use it. Hyperlobby does not provide any tech support, they expect one to correct any problems with their program by contacting other player within Hyperlobby. Sweet.... no help there!!! I was hoping that there might be someone who has has the same problem and found a solution that actually worked.

you could find out the ip of your favorite flying server or wherever you fly. Then go onto the multiply on the il2 game. That Should work. You will be playing the same people than in hyperlobby, its actually faster because hyperlobby pings you every second. Very Happy

Try the "All Seeing Eye".

It's a excellent IL-2 appelate / lobby, but there is no chat.

Only problem with the ASE is the total lack of user name registration.

It's wide open, you can use any name.

Many Hyperlobby based servers are listed in ASE.
