Exact error message?

Gotta guess it's a firewall issue.

Which operating system?
Win 98?
Win Me?
2000 pro?
Xp?
Xp-64?
Vista?
Vista 64?

Sounds like you need to re-install it.

But knowing what your OS is may help.
