The japanese's OS problem

I can't resolve it because, i use a router and i don't have an internet connection, but i have a LAN connection.

Also, when i try to play by direct IP game in IL2, i 'm able to connect/join a game but only one second after, i'm automaticaly ejected. Crying or Very sad

Someone can help me ???

Same problem, Japanese vista ultimate...

Actually its a hybrid english/japanese vista.. (you can change the OS language with the click of a button). No setting seems to work.

Any possible solution?
