Please help me with the ping ??

I would like to host some but I want to keep my firewall going. If there is a ip for the ping I can add it to norton firewall so it will show the correct ping...I have done this at other sites. thanks

Hi, Are you saying that Nortans does not let you host or that you want people to see your ping when you logon to the Hyperlobby client?
I know nothing about Nortans.
If you want people to see your ping and your firewall is hiding it then you should have an option to "Allow incoming ping(ICMP Echo)" and still remain at high security settings.
If that don`t help then post up your system specs and problem just like This One Here for Jiri to sort out Wink

Well if it has that I cannot find it......I have configured it before for a specific site and it works good ...but they had to give me a ip range to enter..Norton works fine just the ping show as red so everyone thinks that the connection is slow and will not join...

Sorry I figured out that you can enable any computer instead of just a ip so it works now and I am pingable to anycomputer
