today i found a way to fix this error on my windows xp pro SP2


i had this when i stop this service : DCOM Server Process Launcher

then i restarted it and then hyperlobby work again

to restart go to start/run then enter services.msc then ok

you got the list of service go to "DCOM......" right click and properties put it on automatic and then restart your computer

try this fix good luck
