I downloaded HyperLobby
But when I try to launch the aplication to open Hyper Lobby
I get this message
Error message 429 "ActiveX can't create object or image"
I am running windows vista ( worst money I ever spent )
I tried everything I can think of to fix the problem. Did some research
when I googled the error message. But nothing seems to work.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? |

I can not begin to tell you how much I hate Vista.
It is at least as big a backwards step as Me was to 98.
But I also run Vista64 and Vista32 in a multi boot rig.
I have to run them for a variety of reasons.
Here is a link to my solutions for Vista.
Good luck!

By the way, Microsoft is offering a free upgrade back to XP for
owners of Vista Ultimate and Vista Business.
Not a rumor, it's true. Vistsa is that much of a catrostrophie.

Right click HL icon, select "run as admin" and XP compatibility mode. It will be fine. |

I will try that. Doddlebug's idea didn't help. Still getting the same message.
Thanks |

This error means that Windows Script isn't installed properly.
You may need to re-install it.

That's what I've done and it works top notch.
