Unable to Host Games In HyperLobby

Modem/router: Versalink Westell 327W Wirespeed Gateway
ISP: Verizon

I never had this problem when I had dial-up, but ever since I switched to DSL I am unable to host in Hyper Lobby.

The strange thing is that I am able to host games online like "Halo," but I can't host on HyperLobby. As for Port Forwarding, I already set up custom services for the correct IP's:

HyperLobby: 1698 Protocol: TCP
IL2 Pacific Fighters1 21000-21000 Protocol: TCP
IL2 Pacific Fighters2 21000-21000 Protocol: UDP

As For Firewall I turned off Windows Firewall And I set my modem/router firewall to OFF also.

I would appreciate the help from anyone out there! I had lots of cool missions I made that I used to host and now I can't... Crying or Very sad
